Two creative visions, one timepiece Time in color and form - Heinrich watches meets Jeroo. The Stuttgart graffiti artist Jeroo combines urban art with precision craftsmanship - a collaboration that captures time in color and movement. From the street to the wrist When urban art meets the Taucher series: The Stuttgart-based brand Heinrich watches has teamed up with the renowned Stuttgart urban art and graffiti artist Jeroo to create a unique dial design with a characteristic style - a fascinating fusion of urban art and vintage-inspired design for our Taucher series. With his color compositions and unique elements, Jeroo brings the energy of his visual language directly to the wrist. A watch that combines urban art with timeless aesthetics. This was an exciting and challenging design and I think we pulled it off quite well. This fabulous time piece will be available from 20th February and limited to 40 limited edition pieces. SORTIE Watches is a new client, based near Biggen Hill in England.
The watch designs are now with watchmakers for the development stage, which is always the exciting bit. Seeing what is and what's not possible. I do like to push things as much as possible, especially with the case design and my highly polished bevelled edges. Having seen the 3D render it is looking pretty good, but we need a few tweaks done to get it just perfect. I'm looking forward to seeing the first pictures once it gets to the prototype stage, but that's still several months off yet. Unfortunately I cannot reveal more at this stage. Really looking forward to seeing this beauty! Wolfgang has just shipped it.
I've always loved orange as a colour, especially as a dial colour. Well, it dates back to my days working for DOXA, who cannot like orange! But this is a bit more unique than just orange panted dial as the Carnelian stone changes colours depending on the lighting condition. I'm really intrigued to see what it is like. The new Vertex M36, Taking its DNA from the Vertex Cal59 timepiece of 1944, the bespoke 36mm brushed steel case measures 11mm in depth with a lug width of 18mm and a lug-to-lug of 46.5mm.
Don asked me to do the redesign and drawings for the watchmakers in October 2023, which was quite a privilege and honour to have worked on such a historic piece. The M36 launched recently, more information can be seen on the Vertex website. First pictures of the soon to be released LOWE Global Diver.
It looks pretty good. See more pictures here. Great review of the Vertex MP45 C50 I designed for Don. Great watch review of the new Heinrich Helicoprion that I designed for Wolfgang. |
