I am supper excited to be working with Vertex Watches, a British company originally founded in 1916 by Claude Lyons. Vertex Watches are steeped in history and now run by Claude Lyons great-grandson, Don Cockrane.
Since early 2023 I've been work closely with Don closely on some very exciting new projects.

The M36
The Vertex M36 is a finely honed 36mm tribute to the watch Vertex produced for the British military in 1944.
Don came to me to do the designs and drawings for a reissue version of the WWW issued to British military in 1944, which was quite a privilege and honour to do.

The Caterham MP45 C50
Cool sports cars and watches, what could be a better combination!
Caterham partnered with VERTEX watches to produce a limited edition timepiece, the MP45 C50, to celebrate Caterham's 50th anniversary as a car manufacturer. This special mono-pusher, which will be displayed on the Caterham stand at the Goodwood Festival of Speed , showcasing the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that both British brands are renowned for.
Don gave me free reign to come up with a new sporty design on this project. After I spent a fascinating day up at Caterham in Crawley lusting over the fabulous Caterham's for inspiration, this is what I created for them. I really love this watch design. I like to think I've managed to capture the essence of Caterham with a sporty yet very elegant looking watch, while still retaining our VERTEX traditional heritage.
