It is all very exciting at the moment, as there are lot's of new watch designs coming out between now and 2025. Unfortunately from design to watchmaker development, prototype and launch is a very long slow process indeed, often as long as a year, sometimes longer.
We have several new and exciting Heinrich watch designs in prototype stage, which will be launched between the coming months and 2025. Heinrich watches is relatively quick compared to others when it comes to design > prototyping > launch. German efficiency ;-) I have another client also at prototype stage, which hopefully I'll be able to reveal soon. I also have three other clients at pre-development stage with watchmakers. Hopefully I will be able to revealed lots more in the coming weeks and months. The new Vertex M36, Taking its DNA from the Vertex Cal59 timepiece of 1944, the bespoke 36mm brushed steel case measures 11mm in depth with a lug width of 18mm and a lug-to-lug of 46.5mm.
Don asked me to do the redesign and drawings for the watchmakers in October 2023, which was quite a privilege and honour to have worked on such a historic piece. The M36 launched recently, more information can be seen on the Vertex website. The Helicoprion with carnelian dial.
The use of gemstones in dials became especially popular in the 1970s, when the desire for individuality and exclusive design increased. Fitting with our brand philosophy, we bring back this era with this limited series. Carnelian is typically orange to reddish brown. Its colour results from iron oxides in the stone. Each dial is unique, coated with the natural colours and patterns of the carnelian. Carnelian stands for energy, creativity and vitality - perfect qualities for your daily companion. This version of the Helicoprion is only offered with the SW200-1 Elaboré. Price: €974 EUR incl. VAT Available from 29.07.2024 from Heinrich. watch Limited production of 100 pieces. 50 watches with carnelian leaf and 50 watches with lapislazuli leaf will be available immediately. I've just finished designing a new pilot watch for a new English watch brand, based near Biggen Hill.
I can't reveal much yet, but quite exciting as they are a Kent based company only 75 miles away from where I'm based. All will be revealed near time of launch. Watch this space as they say ;-) |
